Microgravity Ventures Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to deny access to any person found engaging in illegal activities, failing to comply with Microgravity's safety or security protocols, or exhibiting known symptoms of COVID-19. Any person found under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or narcotic substances will not be permitted to participate in any gameplay.

Microgravity Ventures Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to deny access to any person deemed physically unfit to participate in any gameplay or VR experience.

Players arriving late will not be permitted to join their scheduled gameplay, and their session may be rescheduled to the next available slot.

This centre is under continuous CCTV surveillance. Microgravity Ventures Pvt. Ltd. records video footage within the centre and reserves the right to use such images and videos for marketing, promotional, security, or other related purposes, as deemed appropriate.

It is mandatory for all players to accept the terms and conditions set out in the Consent & Waiver Form at the centre before commencing any activity or gameplay. Players are advised to carefully read and understand the form prior to acceptance, as it outlines the inherent risks associated with Virtual Reality activities and other games at the centre.

For minors, the consent of a parent or legal guardian is mandatory for ticket purchases and bookings.

Microgravity Ventures Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to deny access to any person deemed physically unfit to participate in any gameplay or VR experience.

Children below 14 years must be always supervised by a parent or legal guardian. Microgravity is not responsible for unattended children. Before participating in any gameplay, Players must ensure that any accompanying children are supervised and cared for by a responsible adult, other than Microgravity staff. No refund or credit will be given in such cases.

The Participant agrees to bear the cost of, indemnify and hold harmless Microgravity Ventures Private Limited (MVPL), and authorises MVPL to take all steps it reasonably considers necessary to protect the Participant's welfare in the event of personal injury, including the administration of emergency medical treatment and ambulance transportation.

In the event that any Player and/or Visitor causes physical injury to another person within the Microgravity premises, Microgravity Ventures Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held responsible for such actions. Further, if any Player or Visitor causes damage to any equipment at the Microgravity premises due to irresponsible, deliberate, or reckless behaviour, such Player and/or Visitor shall be liable to compensate Microgravity for the damages caused. In-case of a minor causing the damage, the parent or legal guardian of such Player or Visitor shall be liable to compensate Microgravity for the damages caused.

Microgravity Ventures Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for the actions of other Players, Visitors, or any third parties at the Microgravity premises. In the event of a dispute between Players or their Visitors, Microgravity shall have no obligation to intervene, mediate, or indemnify any party. All involved parties may be asked to leave the premises to resolve the matter outside.

If a Player has made payment for a gaming event but is unable to enter the premises or use any Microgravity product due to unexpected closure or technical issues, Microgravity Ventures Pvt. Ltd. will process a refund in accordance with its prevailing cancellation and refund policy. However, no refund shall be provided if the premises are closed due to a Force Majeure Event.

Microgravity Ventures Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to change the Pricing and Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

All bookings will be confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment.

Promotional codes issued by Microgravity Ventures Pvt. Ltd. cannot be combined by Players. Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash.

Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded or replaced.

Microgravity Ventures Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to change, modify, or discontinue any promotional offers, contest prizes, or other freebies without prior notice.

All images and terminology used in communications related to Microgravity Ventures Pvt. Ltd. are for creative, descriptive, and representational purposes only.

Applicable government taxes are charged on all bookings and activities.
