4. Payments & Refunds
4.1 Payment Processing

4.2 Refunds
The Company will process refunds within 7 to 10 business days in the following circumstances:
- A transaction fails but your account is debited
- The Company's premises are closed on your scheduled date for reasons within our control
Refunds will not be processed for cancellations or no-shows arising from Force Majeure Events (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, or civil unrest).
4.3 Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and the applicable refund amounts are governed by the cancellation policy in effect at the time of booking, as displayed during the checkout process.
5. User Conduct
Important: Failure to comply with safety guidelines or staff instructions may result in removal from the premises. The Company reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate a session without refund in such cases.
You agree to conduct yourself responsibly at all times while on our premises and while using our Website. You agree not to:
- Engage in behaviour that may cause injury to yourself, other visitors, or staff
- Damage Company equipment, headsets, controllers, or any facility property
- Enter the premises under the influence of alcohol or any controlled substance

This Pricing Policy governs all fees, charges, and payment terms for bookings made through microgravity.co.in. By completing a booking, you accept the terms set out below.
1. Fees & Charges
The Company reserves the right to charge convenience fees or service fees in addition to the base booking price. Any such additional fees will be clearly displayed before you confirm and pay for your booking. You will not be charged any amount that has not been disclosed prior to payment confirmation.
The Company may alter any and all fees from time to time. Revised fees will apply to bookings made after the date of change. Bookings confirmed and paid prior to a fee revision will be honoured at the price displayed at the time of confirmation.
2. Undercharging Due to Technical Error
In the event that a technical error results in your booking being confirmed at a price lower than the correct price, the Company reserves the right to:
- Deduct, charge, or claim the balance amount from you before or after your visit
- Cancel the booking if the balance is not settled within a reasonable time
The Company will notify you of any such discrepancy as soon as it is identified.
3. Taxes
All prices are subject to applicable government taxes and levies (including GST). Any increase in existing taxes or introduction of new government levies may be applied to your booking without prior notice and may apply retrospectively where required by law.
You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase under the laws of your jurisdiction.
4. Unconfirmed Bookings
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and the issuance of a booking confirmation reference. In the event that a booking fails to confirm due to non-payment, a payment gateway error, or any other reason, the Company is under no obligation to:
- Offer an alternative booking at the same price or time slot
- Provide compensation of any kind

5. Payment Instructions & Security
Important: Make payments only to Microgravity Ventures Private Limited's authorised bank accounts and payment links as displayed on the Website. The Company bears no liability for amounts transferred to any unauthorised account or third party.
Accepted payment methods include UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other options displayed at checkout. For your security:
- Never share your credit/debit card number, CVV, OTP, or card expiry date with anyone — including persons claiming to be Company representatives
- Always verify the payment link or QR code displayed at our venue or on the Website before making payment

6. Refunds
Cancellation refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking, in accordance with the cancellation policy applicable to your booking type.
Refunds for failed transactions (where payment is debited but the booking is not confirmed) are processed within 7 to 10 business days. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways beyond this processing window.
No refunds are applicable in the following situations:
- Cancellations or no-shows arising from a Force Majeure Event
- Removal from the premises due to violation of our Terms of Use or conduct policy
- Cancellations outside the refund window applicable to your booking
