Your Safety First

SAFETY &
STANDARDS

Every session at Microgravity is designed with your wellbeing in mind. Certified sanitisation, trained staff and transparent guidelines for every guest.

What We Do

Safety Measures

UV-C Sanitisation

All headsets, controllers and equipment are UV-C sanitised between every session. Certified by Signify (Philips) and validated by Boston University.

Clean Every Time

Face cushions, straps and shared surfaces are cleaned and replaced before each group. You always start fresh — no exceptions.

Trained Game Masters

Every session has a dedicated Game Master on the arena floor. They guide, monitor and are trained to respond to any situation instantly.

Safety Briefing

All guests receive a full safety briefing before every session — how to move, what to avoid, emergency stop procedures and how to signal for help.

Proximity Arena

The Free Roam arena has proximity alarm boundaries and obstacle-free flooring. The system tracks player positions and alerts if anyone approaches a boundary.

Certified Equipment

All VR hardware and simulators are sourced from certified global manufacturers and maintained to international standards. Regular checks by our technical team.
